October is a three night minimum. ($275/night plus cleaning and taxes)
November through April is a two night minimum ($250/night or $1,600/wk - plus cleaning and taxes)

May through September is a one week minimum ($2,000/wk - plus cleaning and taxes)

May: A lot of availability - dogs allowed on beaches until the Friday before Memorial Day (May 23, 2025)

June: May 31st - June 7th; June 7th - June 14th; June 14th - June 21st; June 28th - July 5th

July: July 5th - July 12th; July 19th to July 26th

August: August 23rd - August 30th

September: A lot of availability - dogs allowed back on beaches after Labor Day (September 2, 2025)
