November through April is a two night minimum ($250/night or $1,600/wk - plus cleaning and taxes)

May through September is a one week minimum ($2,000/wk - plus cleaning and taxes)

October is a three night minimum. ($275/night plus cleaning and taxes)

2025 HIGH SEASON AVAILABILITY (May - October)

May: May 5th - May 13th; May 24th -May 31st NOTE: Dogs allowed on beaches until the Friday before Memorial Day (May 23, 2025)

June: June 14th - June 21st

July: Fully Booked

August: August 9th - August 16th; August 23rd - August 30th

September: A lot of availability - dogs allowed back on beaches after Labor Day (September 2, 2025)

October: A lot of availability
